Shipping policy

Domestic Shipments

All orders are being processed and shipped from the USA.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All our Products that are shipped within the United States will be subject to Shipping unless specified.  Shipping time varies and can take from 3-8 business days. Other options for faster shipping is available on our website.

We are doing our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible however, potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays that are outside of your control. If you require your item quickly and have concerns please email us at karen@hugehounds.com.

International Shipments

We do offer international shipping. All orders are being shipped from the USA and are charged in US funds. Shipping charges do apply and are the customers responsibility. We have shipping options available at checkout.

Please note: all customs, duties, inspection, insurance and other international shipping fees associated, if apply, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping times will depend on the type of service as well as taking into account the potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays that are outside of your control.

Please note: The Big Dog Harness does not ship outside the USA.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:We do offer faster shipping options on all our product with the exception of the Big Dog Walking Harness. This Harness is shipped from another location and we are unable to expedite shipping of this item at this time.
